These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the FoggyBlocks game, websites, and associated online services (collectively, the 'Service'). By accessing or playing FoggyBlocks, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play FoggyBlocks for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

FoggyBlocks supports both anonymous play and linked user accounts. You agree to adhere to standard standards of fair play:

• No Cheating or Exploits: You may not use automated bots, memory modifiers, or unauthorized tools to manipulate game turns, shapes, or visibility algorithms.
• Appropriate Conduct: You may not choose aliases, usernames, or upload custom profile pictures that contain hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or unlawful content.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials or linked third-party accounts used to access the Service.

All rights, title, and interest in and to FoggyBlocks—including but not limited to the game mechanics, software code, visual art, audio, and branding—are and remain the exclusive property of FoggyBlocks and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

FoggyBlocks provides real-time multiplayer features over the internet. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, online availability is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue multiplayer servers, features, or matchmaking queues for maintenance or updates at any time without liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOGGYBLOCKS IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FOGGYBLOCKS, ITS CREATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of FoggyBlocks following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
